Tuyet Tran (aka Snowgem) graduated University of California, Davis with a Bachelor's degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior. While she enjoyed learning about the sciences, her true passion lies in the arts. At a young age, she was inspired to draw anime-style cartoons after coming across the manga Cardcaptor Sakura. Since then, she has taken art classes in high school and college and is now dedicated to inspiring others with her artwork and experiences.

 

As  Tuyet continues to dive deeper into the art world and find her place in the world, she is beginning to understand the importance of having a vision and how to best communicate it through her art. After fulfilling her high school dream of attending conventions as an artist, Tuyet's next goal is to create an artbook that inspires others (that means you!) to listen to your inner voice, follow your own dreams, and learn to accept and love yourself for who you are.
